I don't see my organization. What can I do?
Please use our Contact Us form, or email us at supestorecampusorg@weezabi.com. We work with the proper authority (faculty advisor, student advisor or department head) to add products to the site, so we'll need their contact information to get the process started.

When will I get my shirts?
We will process your order within 3 to 4 business days after it is placed. It will ship to your door 4 to 6 days later.

How will my order be shipped?
We use either USPS first-class mail or USPS priority mail, depending on the size of the package.

Where is my tracking number?
Your tracking number is emailed to you automatically once your package is on the USPS truck. If you haven't received a tracking number and it has been more than 5 business days, please email us at supestorecampusorg@weezabi.com

Can I ship my order to the Supe Store on campus and pick it up there?
No, we cannot ship orders directly to the University Supply Store. All orders must be shipped to a personal shipping address.


How can I exchange a shirt?
If you'd like to exchange a garment, please email us at   supestorecampusorg@weezabi.com. We'll issue you a return label at no cost, and get your new shirt out to you as quickly as possible. We only provide one free return label per order.

Can I return my order?
We're happy to accept your return and refund your money within 30 days of your purchase. Your product must be returned in new, unworn condition. Email us at supestorecampusorg@weezabi.com for a return shipping label. Once we've received your return we will issue a refund. Please keep in mind that banks can often take a few days to put your money back in your account.

What do I need to include in my return package?
In addition to the item you are returning, please include your original packing slip or email receipt and note on it if you would like a refund, or the size you are exchanging for.
